lookey there...

one week two blog posts! I am on a roll I tell you.

Today we went and had a wienie roast in the canyon for boobers upcoming birthday. We thought it was going to pour on us but the weather was nice. We should do that more often it was fun to go up to the canyon for a spell. Boober was cranky but I guess they had a long day and it probably didn't help that the dog they found at the park a few days ago locked the truck doors while it AND the keys were in the truck! :-0

Yesterday Tia and I went school shopping with one of her friends. It was quite fun but seriously four malls in one day is at least one mall to many :-) Tia bought me lunch at Panda though YUM and she got most of her school shopping finished. So now we just have Colt. I'm taking Colt shopping in a couple of weeks and he has already told me he can have all his shopping done in two single stores . Boys are sooooo much easier then girls.

Well that's it for now. ta ta all

another day in the fantastical journey called life...

If only it was really as exciting as that title leads us all to believe!

So, ummm there is a slight chance it has yet again been a few days since I updated. I could say I'm going to do better but there is a very good chance I will not, so I shant say it and just continue this post.

Not a whole lot is going on in our world. Todd is once again on medical leave after having his hip scoped and the joint reshaped to what is more normal. I'm really hoping the doctor will let him go back to work after his appointment next week. Even if it will only be for two weeks and then he will be back on medical leave for his knee replacement, it will be oh so nice to have that one real paycheck.

My job is still a go... ha ha ha. I can't remember when I blogged last, but 6 weeks or so ago I got a new position at work and am now the housekeeping supervisor and also the Materials Manger. So I am in charge of all the cleaning of the building and buying the supplies. Its been quite fun, some days frustrating as I swear it was chaotic but its coming around and hey I almost never have to clean toilets now! mwah ha ha

I am horseless... I do not like being horseless... I am going to have to rectify my whole horseless situation!

We still have goats though. Only about 20 but I cut back as far as I could stand. Tia was amazed I went through with the cutbacks last week. We also have goats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, pigs, cattle, dogs, turtles and a bearded dragon still. We need a few cats. not sure what happened to all the wild cats but they've disappeared.

Winter is approaching and I'm so not ready. I had a huge list of things to get done and almost nothing has.. well the great goat cutback and getting Colt's window replaced happened. Still need to replace Tia's for sure before winter. would love to do the rest but somehow there is always a money issue.

ok, so I blogged a rambling bunch of tripe. maybe tomorrow I'll post something with substance... or not ;-)
